Voicelogging

By default, we record every call. In mutual agreement will be determined how long these recordings will be retained by us. Recordings are available on-demand and can be found based on agent, phone number and time. They can be sent to any PC, server or phone in the world in order to be stored or listened to, as an audio stream as well as file (WAV/MP3). Possible fragments of conversations that are more important (e.g. because they have legal value as a result of a telephone contract) may be marked explicitly by the agent. These fragments can be individually exported and / or archived.
