Redundant

Our entire server park is redundant so we can immediately switch to a different server in case of failure. We only use quality IBM X-series servers with all disks in double or RAID-5 configuration, so no data loss can occur. Protection against logical errors is achieved through real-time replication of all databases.

Also, our network is fully redundant. Moreover, we use separate core networks for voice and data to accomplish optimum quality and throughput. We use redundant Cisco firewalls that also support VPN connections to our customers. In this way, proprietary applications of our customers can be seamlessly integrated in our platform.
