In designing our IT infrastructure we have made efforts to meet all of the requirements for a contact center infrastructure. To fulfill our communication needs we exclusively use IP technology. This has two important advantages: both voice and data can be exchanged over IP, allowing multi-channel customer contact, and IP technology enabled location-independent work. All our technological knowledge is brought together in our Cimplicity platform.
The Cimplicity platform was created in close consultation with our staff, agents and clients and is continuously developed based on their needs. Thanks to the use of open standards, links to external systems are realized with ease. This also means that the platform can be accessed from anywhere. The advantage of this technological platform is that we can seamlessly switch between different locations, communication channels, and campaigns. This offers us and our customers a very high degree of flexibility and scalability. Because all systems are duplicated, we can guarantee a maximum reliability and availability.
