A.P. Nederlof, Chairman (Founder)

With operations in the United States, China, Australia and elsewhere in Europe VANAD Group founder Ad Nederlof seen as a guru of the IT and Customer Services industry. He wrote two books on customer care, the (in) ability to communicate with customers as a company. Ad has worked in senior positions at Richter Systems, Oracle, Volmac (Cap Gemini), ICL Netherlands and Genesys. Since the late ’90s he puts the strategic lines at E. Novation, after which the organization has achieved significant growth. Given his passion for customer contact and customer contact technology, Ad Nederlof also launched a call center, which today called VANAD Group is known.

A.H. Munneke, COO / CFO (Founder)

Arnoud Munneke began his career at Eiffel, after studying business economics, specializing in strategic management and organization at the University of Groningen. As a financial specialist, he analyzed and optimized in several listed companies financial processes. He was also involved in several startups including Metro Goldwin Mayer in the Benelux. Then he switched to the ING Group. Within the section Nationale Nederlanden he held the position of operations manager and was involved in many change processes within the ING organization. In the summer of 2005 he was one of the founders of VANAD Group, which in the years of its existence became a real challenger in the contact center industry. In his present management position Munneke focuses on general management, operations and finance, and he focusus, together with partner Arthur Nederlof on business development and further growth of the organization.

A.S. Nederlof, CEO (Founder)

Arthur Nederlof began his career at Communications Concert, a strategic communication company where he worked as Account Manager. After Communications  Concert Nederlof moved to one of the key accounts of Communications Concert, the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB). There he was responsible for the positioning of the Yellow Pages division and its relationship with the clubs, partners and sponsors of the Dutch First Division. In the summer of 2005 he was one of the founders of VANAD Group, which in the five years of its existence became a real challenger in the contact center industry. Nederlof focuses on the marketing, sales and business development, together with his partner Arnoud Munneke he manages the complete portfolio of VANAD Group and brings it to the attention of the national- and international markets.

T. Walraven

Walraven has an impressive background in the contact center industry. In the 80s he founded SNT, at that moment the first call center facility in the Netherlands. Under his leadership, SNT developed into one of the largest international players listed on the facilitating contact center market. Today Walraven holds numerous advisory roles for promising companies in the area of ​​Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
